The Agents view in Younium Insights is where you work with AI agents: see which are available, run them, and open their findings.
Agents is a Beta feature.
What the Agents view is
The Agents view has two areas:
- Sidebar (left) — agent cards. Click a card to select an agent.
- Detail panel (right) — findings and other tabs for the selected agent.
Until you select an agent, the panel shows Select an agent to view findings. You can also click Run on a card to start a scan.
Each agent has its own tabs and settings in the detail panel. See the guide for that agent (for example, Account Validation Agent) for tab-specific help.
Access and permissions
Your Younium administrator assigns permissions on your role:
| Permission | What you can do |
|---|---|
| View | Open Agents, run agents, and work with findings |
| Edit | Everything in View, plus Workspace Settings |
If you cannot see Insights › AGENTS or open Workspace Settings, ask your administrator to update your role.
One agent per Legal Entity
Agents are shared, not personal. Each Legal Entity has one instance of each agent type.
- Everyone with access in the same Legal Entity sees the same agents, findings, and run history.
- When someone runs an agent or changes settings, it applies to the whole Legal Entity.
- With multiple Legal Entities, switch Legal Entity in Younium to work in a different workspace.
Agents sidebar
Agent cards
Each enabled agent appears as a card. Click it to open the agent on the right.
The card shows:
- The agent name
- Run (or Cancel while a run is active)
- Last run time, when available
- Stats and Review N findings when there are open findings
If there is nothing to review after a run, the card shows No findings. Before the first run, it shows Run agent to see proposed actions.
Your workspace may list several agents (for example, Account Validation Agent and Billing Agent). Each uses the same Agents view with its own detail tabs and settings.
When the sidebar is empty
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Couldn't load agents | Temporary error — try again or contact support |
| No agents configured | No agents are set up for this workspace |
| Agents are disabled | All agents are off — an administrator must enable one in Workspace Settings |
| No agents available | You lack permission — contact your administrator |
Running any agent
- Click Run on the agent card (or rely on Auto Run if enabled).
- Watch the progress bar during the scan.
- When the run finishes, counts and findings update for the selected agent.
- Click Cancel and confirm to stop a run early.
While a run is active, Run becomes Cancel. The progress bar shows the current step and how far the scan has progressed. The first run for an agent may take longer; later runs are usually faster.
With Auto Run enabled, agents run automatically every day at 03:00 UTC.
Workspace Settings
Open Workspace Settings from the gear icon. You need Edit permission.
From here you can:
- Select an agent in the list
- Enable or disable it for the workspace
- Set Auto Run and Confirm on Apply on the Schedule tab
- Open agent-specific settings (each agent has its own guide)
Use Reset to Defaults, Cancel, or Save Changes at the bottom.
Disabled agents are hidden from the sidebar until re-enabled.
Tips for the Agents view
- Use Review N findings on a card to jump into that agent’s queue.
- Run agents again after changing settings so results stay up to date.
- Use Workspace Settings to enable agents or turn on Auto Run before expecting scheduled results.
- Watch the progress bar if a run seems slow — the first run often takes the longest.
