Under Settings > General, you'll find the Scheduled Jobs feature.
You can use this to automate recurring tasks in Younium, such as sending invoice reminders, auto-renewing orders, or syncing with other systems.

Page Overview
Here’s what each action on the Scheduled Jobs page does:
- Name – Click on the name to view more details

End Job – Stop a currently running job

Pause – Temporarily pause a recurring job

Resume – Restart a paused job

Delete – Remove an ended job

Refresh – Reload the page to see updated job status
- Schedule Job – Create a new job
Schedule a New Job
Scheduled Jobs > Schedule Job
Fill in the details to create a new scheduled task:

Job – Select the type of job you want to schedule from the dropdown

Description – Add an optional description for the job

Start – Enter the date and time when the job should begin
Set Recurrence (Optional)
If you want the job to repeat:

Enable Is recurring
Two new fields will appear:-
Repeat every – Choose a number (e.g.,
1) -
Repeat interval – Select the time unit:
Minute,Hour,Day,Week,Month, orYear

Example: To run the job daily:

Repeat every:
1 -
Repeat interval:
Day
Save the Job
Click Save to schedule the job.
The job will now appear in the Scheduled Jobs list.
View Job Details
To see more information about a scheduled job, simply click on its name in the list.
Job Failure Notifications
It is recommended to enable notifications for failed jobs so you receive an email if a job does not complete successfully. This setting is configured per user. Go to Settings > Notifications, and select the option Job failed.
